EVENT & YOU “0% COMMISSION PROGRAM” TERMS & CONDITIONS

(updated edition — 2025)

These Terms govern the participation of Organizers in the “0% Commission Program” (the “Program”) provided by Event & You with the purpose of supporting and developing Organizers who conduct paid events through the Platform.

Participation in the Program is voluntary, free of charge, and available to Organizers who meet the conditions described below.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

Platform — the Event & You online platform where Organizers publish events and Users make bookings and payments.

Organizer — an individual or legal entity that creates and conducts events on the Platform.

Paid Event — an event that requires payment or ticket purchase to participate.

Platform Commission — the commission that may be charged by Event & You for using the service (as of the effective date of these Terms — 0%).

Payment System Commission — the commission charged by banks or payment processors independently from Event & You.

2. Program Overview

Under the “0% Commission Program”:

• the Platform Commission for eligible Paid Events is 0%;

• only the payment service provider fee (LiqPay, Stripe, Fondy, etc.) is withheld;

• the Organizer receives the full ticket price, minus the payment provider’s commission.

Event & You does not charge any additional or hidden fees.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To participate in the Program, Organizers must:

1. Register an Organizer Account on the Platform;

2. Create at least one Paid Event that complies with Platform requirements;

3. Accept these Program Terms during event creation or in the Organizer Dashboard;

4. Publish events in any of the categories supported by Event & You, including but not limited to:

   • Entertainment

   • Children’s Events

   • Sports

   • Educational Events & Workshops

   • Business & Professional Events

   • Networking & Community Meetings

   • Tours & Excursions

   • Online Events

   • and any other categories available on the Platform.

4. Program Territory (updated version)

The Program applies to Paid Events conducted:

• in Ukraine,

• in any other country worldwide, except the restricted territories listed below,

• in online format, provided the Organizer does not fall under prohibited categories.

4.1. Restricted Territories and Entities

The Program does not apply to:

❌ the russian federation, officially recognized by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine as a terrorist state;

❌ Organizers who are citizens of the terrorist state (russia);

❌ legal entities registered in russia or controlled by russian residents;

❌ any individuals or companies listed in:

• the sanctions list of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine,

• EU sanctions lists,

• OFAC (U.S.) sanctions lists,

• any other relevant international sanctions lists.

Event & You reserves the right to verify Organizers and Events for compliance with these restrictions.

5. Program Duration

The Program is effective from the date of publication and remains valid:

until modified or terminated by Event & You.

In the event of changes or termination:

📌 Organizers will be notified at least 30 calendar days in advance before new conditions take effect.

6. Program Conditions

If a Paid Event meets the Program criteria:

• the Platform Commission is 0% for all bookings made within the Program period.

The Program does not cover or modify:

• bank or payment processor fees,

• currency conversion fees,

• taxes applicable in the Organizer’s country.

The Program applies only to the Platform Commission.

Event & You may verify event information to ensure compliance.

Event & You may suspend or terminate an Organizer’s participation in the Program in case of violations of Platform rules or legal requirements.

7. Possible Introduction of Platform Commission in the Future

Event & You reserves the right to introduce:

• a Platform Commission,

• paid subscription plans for Organizers,

• extended tools and features.

In such a case:

🔔 Organizers will be notified no later than 30 days in advance,
and will be able to continue or discontinue using the Platform.

8. General Provisions

Event & You may update or amend these Terms at any time.

In case of any inconsistency between these Terms and other Platform documents, these Program Terms shall prevail.

Event & You may deny participation in the Program to Organizers who violate Platform rules or applicable laws.

All matters not regulated by these Terms shall be governed by:

• the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce”,

• the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”,

• the Civil Code of Ukraine,

• the Privacy Policy,

• the User Agreement and Platform Rules.
