The "Fryderyk" Concert Hall is a place for intimate encounters with the music of Fryderyk Chopin, reminiscent of 19th-century salon gatherings. Here, in the heart of Warsaw's Old Town, you will spend an unforgettable time in one of the most beautiful concert halls. A magnificent Steinway piano, crystal chandeliers, mirrors, beautiful stuccoes, and an atmosphere of unforced elegance, along with performances by outstanding pianists, will make you want to come back. Not without reason, the Fryderyk Concert Hall is the only Chopin concert venue featured in the "Luxurious Warsaw" offer of the Warsaw Tourist Organization. The Fryderyk Concert Hall is located in the center of Warsaw's Old Town. It is housed in a 19th-century tenement house at 15 Podwale Street. Nearby the Fryderyk Concert Hall, you will find the Honoratka restaurant, where Fryderyk Chopin used to have dinners, and on the other side, the Młodziejowski Palace, which was the site of his first public concert. Fryderyk Chopin's sister, Ludwika, lived on this street and kept his heart here. The concerts are performed by pianists whose names are known throughout Europe and the world. Professors from the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw and winners of international piano competitions. Graduates of The Juilliard School in New York, the Conservatoire de Paris, or the Royal Academy of Music in London: Joanna Ławrynowicz, Anna Kubicz, Maciej Poliszewski, Maria Korecka-Soszkowska, or Robert Skiera. Chopin concerts at the Fryderyk Concert Hall take place every day at 7:00 p.m. During the intermission, we offer a glass of wine. The Interior of the Fryderyk Concert Hall in Warsaw The Fryderyk Concert Hall was created thanks to the inspiration of the great creator of classical music and the era in which he lived and created. Hence, the luxurious interior inspired by the 19th century. Characteristic plaster stuccoes, crystal mirrors and chandeliers, stylish decorations from 19th-century European designers create a unique atmosphere in the concert hall with Chopin's music. Despite such a unique interior, the dress code for participants is optional.
