Who left the reviews and compiled the rating of the organizers?
All reviews were left by real event visitors to make it easier for you to decide on the choice of event. There is not a single third-party review on the site; according to the technical conditions of the platform, this is impossible to do.

Why does an event that has not yet started already have a rating?
The fact is that if an event already has a rating, then this is not the organizer’s first event, and this is how visitors rated it in previous times. The ratings are summed up and you see the average rating of all previous visitors.

Why do reviews differ from one organizer for free and paid events?
We have divided the ratings of paid and free events in order to create a holistic and transparent picture of the event and stop manipulation of the rating. When choosing an event, you can be sure that the organizer’s assessment is fully consistent with the experience that past participants received.

If I am in another country but want to meet like-minded people, can I use the platform for my purposes?
Of course, one of the reasons for the emergence of Event & You is to make it easier to find like-minded people; in addition, you can select the language of the event that you prefer in the filters and make new acquaintances.

Can I choose events in another country and buy a ticket for it?
Of course, we make sure that your stay in another country is unforgettable and you can do what you love even while away from home. The number of organizers from other countries is increasing. Just use the necessary filters on the site.

What are coins?
Coins are conditional points that you receive for activity on the site. Coins can be awarded for helping you find events, actively participating in the life of the platform, or attracting users.

How many coins can I get for helping me find events?
The number of coins is always the same per event and is equal to 25 coins.

What can I get Сoins for?
You can help the platform increase the number of active organizers in the “Add your event” section, or by registering your family and friends on the platform. In addition, the most active users of the platform from two categories will be awarded every month:
 - active visitor (for paid events only)
 - active seeker digger.

What can I get for Сoins?
 - Discount on tickets up to 10 percent.
 - Free ticket from the list of monthly posted tickets in the “Coin Exchange” section.

What exactly needs to be entered in the “Add your event” section to receive coins?
You need to fill out all required fields in the “Add your event” section. Then it's up to us.

For what reason can I be denied coins?
 - If the organizer is registered with the platform, but did not manage to post an event about the event on the website
 - If there are less than 96 hours left before the event
 - If the description violates the user agreement or rules of behavior or event placement.

Can I return my ticket?
Of course, you can make a refund if there are more than 24 hours left before the event, in which case the amount for transfers between counterparties will be withheld (no more than 4% of the ticket price).
The second option that will save your money is to credit it to your account. Your account balance is displayed in your personal account. In this case, the next time you purchase a ticket, you will not pay a commission; the required amount will simply be debited from your account.
