0% Commission Program Terms and Conditions

Below you will find the terms and conditions of the 0% commission program provided by Event & You in favor of Organizers and conducted paid Events that are eligible and interested in joining the 0% commission program ("0% Commission Program" or "E&Y FOR Program").

Definitions and Interpretation

Unless otherwise specified in these 0% Commission Program Terms ("Program Terms"), terms written with initial capital letters have the same meaning as defined in the Organizer Agreement concluded between the Organizer and Event & You ("Agreement").

Unless otherwise provided by this Agreement, the terms of the Agreement remain unchanged and have full legal force.

 

1. E&Y FOR Program

The E&Y FOR Program is a 0% commission program to encourage Organizers who conduct paid Events. Participation in the E&Y FOR Program will be possible from March 18, 2024, to June 18, 2024, or September 18, 2024, or March 18, 2025, in accordance with the conditions for countries and regions E&Y for Poland, E&Y for Ukraine, E&Y for Europe, E&Y for the World, E&Y for Online.

To be eligible for participation in the Program, the Organizer must meet the following requirements:

1. The Organizer is a new business partner of Event & You, independently registers a paid Event (Events) on the Platform, and accepts the 0% commission program terms during registration.

2. Each paid Event (Event) must belong to one of the following event groups used on the Platform:

• Entertainment;

• Events for children;

• Sports events;

• Networking and community events;

• Learning and skills;

• Tours;

• Business and conferences.

 

2. Regions, types of events participating in the E&Y for program and the duration of the E&Y FOR program

2.1. E&Y for Poland

Applicable for paid Events held in the territory of Poland.

The duration of the program is March 18, 2024 – June 18, 2024.

The paid Event must be conducted in the territory of Poland.

Paid Events conducted in other countries and regions are subject to other E&Y FOR programs conducted by Event & You for other regions and countries.

The Organizer can register any number of paid Events (Events) related to the aforementioned event groups;

Each paid Event must be registered and available ("open for booking") on the Platform until June 18, 2024.

Event & You reserves the right to verify the information provided by the Organizer to ensure its truthfulness and accuracy, with the aim of determining eligibility for the program.

2.2. E&Y for Europe

Applicable for paid Events held in the territory of Europe.

The duration of the program is March 18, 2024 – September 18, 2024.

The paid Event must be conducted in the territory of Europe (below is the list of countries where the E&Y for Europe program operates).

Paid Events conducted in other countries and regions are subject to other programs conducted by Event & You.

The Organizer can register any number of paid Events (Events) related to the aforementioned event groups;

Each paid Event must be registered and available ("open for booking") on the Platform until September 18, 2024.

Event & You reserves the right to verify the information provided by the Organizer to ensure its truthfulness and accuracy, with the aim of determining eligibility for the program.

2.3. E&Y for Ukraine

Applicable for paid Events held in the territory of Ukraine.

The duration of the program is March 18, 2024 – March 18, 2025.

The paid Event must be conducted in the territory of Ukraine.

Paid Events conducted in other countries and regions are subject to other E&Y FOR programs conducted by Event & You for other regions and countries.

The Organizer can register any number of paid Events (Events) related to the aforementioned event groups;

Each paid Event must be registered and available ("open for booking") on the Platform until March 18, 2025.

Event & You reserves the right to verify the information provided by the Organizer to ensure its truthfulness and accuracy, with the aim of determining eligibility for the program.

2.4. E&Y for the World

The duration of the program is March 18, 2024 – March 18, 2025.

Applicable for paid Events held in the territories of countries not participating in other Event & You programs.

The paid Event must be conducted in countries not participating in other E&Y FOR programs (E&Y for Ukraine, E&Y for Poland, E&Y for Europe, E&Y for Online).

The Organizer can register any number of paid Events (Events) related to the aforementioned event groups;

Each paid Event must be registered and available ("open for booking") on the Platform until March 18, 2025.

Event & You reserves the right to verify the information provided by the Organizer to ensure its truthfulness and accuracy, with the aim of determining eligibility for the program.

2.5. E&Y for Online

The duration of the program is March 18, 2024 – September 18, 2024.

For paid Events held Online.

The Organizer can register any number of paid Online Events (Events) related to the aforementioned event groups;

Each paid Event must be registered and available ("open for booking") on the Platform until September 18, 2024.

Event & You reserves the right to verify the information provided by the Organizer to ensure its truthfulness and accuracy, with the aim of determining eligibility for the program.

 

3. Terms of Use of the Program

1. If the paid Event created by the Organizer meets the participation criteria of the Program, then the commission level for the respective Event will be 0% for bookings made between the start date and the end date of the E&Y FOR Program.

2. The incentive applies only to the commission and does not extend to fees and payment processing.

3. The incentive is valid from the date of the Organizer's registration until the end date of the Program inclusive. The end date of the Program is specified in the email sent to the Organizer upon registration.

4. After the end date of the Incentive, standard commission levels determined by Event & You will apply to the Organizer, depending on where the Event is conducted.

 

4. General

1. Event & You may at its discretion decide to terminate the offer of the Program E&Y FOR to Organizers.

2. These Program Terms may be amended or supplemented unilaterally by Event & You at its discretion, provided that the relevant participants are notified in advance within a reasonable period, are and constitute an integral part of the Agreement (if applicable), including the corresponding General Supply Conditions with amendments made from time to time, and should be read together with said General Supply Conditions, and may be accepted online, but in any case applies in accordance with the consent to participate in the Program and its use by the Organizer. In case of contradiction between the terms of the Agreement and these Program Terms, these Program Terms shall prevail
