EVENT & YOU USER AGREEMENT

1. General Information About the Platform

Event & You (hereinafter — the “Platform”) is an online service that provides technical tools for event organizers to publish information about their events, and for users to browse events, make bookings, and purchase tickets.
Our service is available worldwide in multiple languages, offering speed, accessibility, and ease of use.

Event & You is not an event organizer, does not conduct events, and is not responsible for the fulfillment of organizers’ obligations.
We operate exclusively as an intermediary / informational tool and as an agent of event organizers under an agency model.
We do not control or verify the content provided by organizers.

2. Scope of the Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter — the “Agreement”) governs:

• the use of the Platform;

• the relationship between Users and Event & You;

• the interaction between Users and Event Organizers.

By using the Platform, you confirm your agreement with the terms of this Agreement.

The Platform is intended solely for personal and non-commercial use.
Commercial resale of tickets is strictly prohibited.

3. Our Services

Event & You provides:

• technical access to browse event listings;

• tools for booking and registration;

• payment acceptance on behalf of event organizers (as an agent);

• transfer of booking data to the organizer;

• optional informational support for Users.

We do not control organizer-generated content (texts, photos, event descriptions, terms, etc.).

The agreement for participation in an event is concluded directly between the User and the Organizer.

Users can filter events by various parameters. If several organizers offer similar events, results are displayed based on multiple relevance factors.

We may contact Users regarding bookings and may assist organizers with support tasks.

Event & You reserves the right to limit or cancel bookings in cases of suspected fraud or violation of the Agreement.

4. Registration and Account

Registration is not mandatory but is required to access all Platform features.

To create an account, the User must provide:

• full name,

• email address,

• password (or sign in via Google / Facebook / Apple).

Users may not:

• transfer their account to third parties,

• create multiple accounts.

Event & You has the right to block or delete accounts in case of Agreement violations.

You may also create an account without a password via email verification. You are responsible for keeping access credentials secure.

5. Use of the Platform and Mobile Applications

Users receive a non-exclusive license for personal use of the Platform.

It is prohibited to:

• copy, modify, distribute, decompile, or reverse-engineer the Platform;

• use the Platform for commercial activities;

• interfere with the technical functioning of the Platform.

Event & You may provide updates that must be installed to ensure proper operation.

6. Payments

6.1. Pricing

The price of each event is displayed on the Platform.
“Booking Price” = event price minus any applicable discounts.

6.2. Fees

• Platform commission (current): 0%

• Users pay the processing fee charged by the payment system (LiqPay, Fondy, Stripe, etc.).

Event & You may introduce its own commission or paid plans in the future.

In such case:

Users will be notified at least 30 days before changes take effect.

6.3. Payment to the Organizer

Event & You accepts payment on behalf of the Organizer, which constitutes fulfillment of the User’s payment obligation.

If payment is made in a foreign currency, Event & You may process it in local currency and convert it at the applicable exchange rate at the time of transaction.

As the Organizer’s agent, Event & You may assist with refund requests, but the final decision is made solely by the Organizer.

Users must provide truthful payment information and have the right to use the selected payment method.

We may conduct credit or risk checks before enabling certain payment options.

7. Changes and Cancellations

The rules for modifying or canceling bookings are determined by:

• the Organizer’s terms,

• the event description,

• the ticket conditions.

If no other rules apply, the following default policy is used:

• Cancellation 48+ hours before the event — full refund

• Cancellation under 48 hours or no-show — no refund

Changes or cancellations must be made through the Platform unless otherwise specified by the Organizer.

Event & You may notify Users on behalf of the Organizer regarding changes, postponements, or cancellations.

8. Responsibility for the Event

Organizers are solely responsible for:

• the event program,

• the quality of services,

• safety compliance,

• providing services as described.

Event & You is not responsible for:

• the conduct of the event,

• injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation,

• the actions or omissions of organizers.

Event & You is a technical intermediary and payment-acceptance agent.

9. Reviews

Users may leave reviews for events they have attended.

Prohibited content includes:

• offensive, illegal, or misleading information,

• third-party materials without permission,

• photos containing identifiable individuals without their consent.

Event & You may:

• remove reviews that violate Platform rules,

• use reviews in marketing materials.

The User is solely responsible for their posted content.

10. Data Transfer

Personal data is processed according to the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and is transferred only as necessary for:

• order fulfillment,

• legal obligations,

• Platform functionality.

Organizers act as independent Data Controllers regarding User data provided for event execution.

11. Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify Event & You for damages arising from:

• violation of the Agreement,

• fraudulent or dishonest actions,

• submission of false data,

• illegal use of the Platform.

This includes reasonable legal and administrative costs.

12. Prohibition on Transfer of Rights

Users may not transfer their rights or obligations under this Agreement to third parties.

13. Force Majeure

Event & You is not liable for disruptions caused by:

• technical failures,

• hacker attacks,

• power outages,

• communication breakdowns,

• other factors beyond our control.

14. Amendments to the Agreement

Event & You may update this Agreement.

In case of significant changes, Users will be notified via email or Platform alerts.

If a User disagrees with updates, they may delete their account.

15. Relationship with Organizers (Service Provision Agreement)

15.1. Conclusion of the Agreement

When purchasing an event through the Platform, the User enters into a direct agreement with the Organizer.
Event & You acts solely as the Organizer’s commercial agent.

“Pay Now” constitutes a binding offer from the User to the Organizer.
The Organizer must accept the offer within two business days.

Event & You may accept or decline an offer on behalf of the Organizer at its discretion.

15.2. Prices

Prices usually include taxes and fees unless otherwise specified.
Some venues may charge additional local fees.

Organizers may set their own cancellation rules. Users must familiarize themselves with them before booking.

15.3. Provision of the Event

Users must arrive on time and comply with Organizer requirements.
International travelers are responsible for necessary documents and compliance with regulations.

Booking price does not include insurance. Users should obtain appropriate personal insurance when necessary.

Organizers act as independent contractors, not employees or agents of Event & You.

Event & You bears no liability for Organizer actions, omissions, injuries, damages, or losses connected to the event.

15.4. Organizer Rights

Organizers may:

• cancel events due to force majeure;

• deny participation for safety or behavioral reasons (no refund);

• make minor changes (location, timing), with prior notice.

16. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine, including:

• the Civil Code of Ukraine,

• the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce”,

• the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.

Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.

Notifications under this Agreement must be provided in writing (including email).
